Shipping policy
Our average shipping times:
USA: 2-7 business days.
Canada: 2-7 business days.
Australia: 2-7 business days.
Europe: 2-7 business days.
Rest of the world: 10-30 business days.
In addition, please allow 1-3 business days for production as each product is made to order.
Note: during the holidays our production time ranges between 2-5 business days on average.
Please keep in mind that the shipping times might in some cases differ, and we can not a hundred percent guarantee that you will receive your package within the stated time frame, even though that is always the goal.

Beware of taxes and/or fees:
In some cases there might be additional taxes and/or fees (custom duties) when you purchase from us due to the fact that it might be international shipping involved, meaning you might have to pay to get your package into your country. We do not include this in the price calculation at checkout and we are not liable to inform you about that cost. This is not a special cost related specifically to our shop, but a constant liability that one might enquire when one as a customer make a purchase from certain countries. Order rerouting
Even though we always aspire to produce and ship your products from a production hub that will avoid international shipping, there might be cases where this is not possible due to problems with availability. In such cases, please allow additional shipping time ranging between 10-30 business days. This does also mean that your products might have to be shipped internationally, and therefore lead to additional custom duties. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please contact us and we will create a solution that fits all parties.
