Refund policy

Returns
Since our products are all customary made to order, we unfortunately do not accept any returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If your products arrive damaged or in an unexpected state, we can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. To do this, simply contact us by email and we will get you sorted. We require pictures that show why the product should be considered damaged and make your purchase eligible for a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pictures, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
